I LOVE SUNDAYS :) It is the best day of the week!
Sundays are made to do absolutely nothing, or whatever you should have done the whole rest of the week but never got around to do!
Today I have done all of that :) I got to clean the refrigerator (about time), the storage room, and my closet :) I have been sitting (in my sweats), on the coach doing nothing but blogging:) and watching TV :) Dinner is straight out of the oven, got to use all the leftovers I found in my refrigerator in a great way :)

I made a pizza dough, and just filled it with what I found in my refrigerator! pizza-sauce, cheese, bacon, sausage, ham, onions, mushrooms and some seasoning :) I rolled it up like a huge pizza-roll, and cut it halfway open in portion sized slices! preheat the oven to 220 C. Put the pizza-roll in the middle of the oven and wait 25min:)

I'll let you know how it tastes later :)

So yesterday I came home from work, late (on a Saturday) and I was really hungry, and so was my man who also had been working all day. So what did I do? I made homemade BURGERS :)

It is so easy, quick to fix and soooooo tasty :) Ok so I cheated on the hamburger bred, and used the store bought ones, but who cares! It is the meat that counts :)

This is what you need:

(recipe is for 4 burgers)

400 g   minced meat

200 g   of any kind of tasty sausage (I used Chorizo)

1 tbs    Wochestershire saus

1          egg

1/2       onion

            Garlic

            Seasoning after your own choice ( I used some salt and pepper)

Chop the sausage into small pieces, and the onion and blend together with the egg. Ad the meat and the rest of the ingredients, and voila you have burgers :) 

Moist your hands in some cold water and form the burger in your hand, and then put them in a medium hot pan with some butter, and within 5 minutes you have delicious burgers ready :)

Of course it would be a whole lot better with homemade hamburger bread, but the store bought is sometimes just as good :) I put on some ketchup, mustard and mayo, some lettuce and tomatoes on my burger:) ENJOY.

So I just got back from my in-laws and we had a great evening with almost the entire family:)
I brought a chocolate rose cake for us to enjoy after a great dinner!
I saw this recipe in another blog http://mylittlekitchen-thea.blogspot.no/2012/06/rosekake.html ,and really wanted to try it out! Here is a link to the recipe and some pictures of my cake:) It was really good, and so easy to make!  I didn't have the same tools to make the roses, so mine are not as pretty as the ones in the recipe:(
